Being the founder of PointConceptual, a pragmatical consultancy dedicated to creating effective strategies to practically foresee and navigate complexity with clarity, agility, and innovation. With over two decades of experience in product conception, development, and market introduction — across automotive, mobile computing, semiconductors, consumer electronics, and information systems — I combine conceptual, integrative thinking and deep engineering expertise with purposeful humility and strategic leadership. I am passionate about aligning technology, strategy and collaboration around shared vision across multi-disciplinary, global, customer-facing contexts; about designing lean system and organizational architectures, engaging in purposeful transformations, clearing the way for innovation and excellence, and delivering impactful, user-centric solutions. Whether managing requirements, prototyping, empowering teams, coaching, or aligning stakeholders, I focus on turning complexity into clarity, and vision into tangible value.
Mindset
Through researching conceptual technologies, practicing and refining conceptual skills, we expand our ability to understand complex, abstract ideas and systems, see the bigger picture, and think strategically to solve problems and innovate effectively.
